The Roof Renaissance™ Coating System was specifically designed to extend the service life of structurally sound* commercial and industrial roofs by systematically addressing the weaknesses of most roof membrane and coating systems: waterproofing, UV degradation, and leaking membrane joints and seams, while managing the liabilities normally associated with commercial roof installations: weather damage during installation, property damage from spray on coating systems, and skilled labor shortages. The Roof Renaissance™ Coating System is installed without ever exposing the building underneath the existing roof system, and therefore prevents any weather/rain damage associated with other systems that require a “tear-off” and re-installation process. *Roofs that are intact and not leaking.
An Intelligent Purpose-Driven System
The Roof Renaissance™ Coating System saves money since it is designed to be applied without any high pressure spray operations. It is designed to be applied manually with a notched or serrated squeegee and stiff short bristle applicator, thus reducing the difficulties of installing systems that require extensive training or highly skilled personnel. The base polymer chemistry is waterproof and has been proven for over 15 years with full outdoor exposure. The Roof Renaissance™ System provides for an inorganic surface to provide outstanding UV stability, while severely impeding the exposure of the underlying polymer and roof structure from UV exposure. This “mechanical blocking” of the UV solar radiation protects both the polymeric coating and roof composition from UV exposure, thus extending the service life of old weathered roofing materials. The Roof Renaissance™ System provides both a monolithic and seamless finish thus virtually eliminating seam and joint failure.
